Terms of Service

1. Who we are

StripsLive ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and us. Performers are additionally bound by the Performer Agreement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally permitted to view adult content there.
• You must not be located somewhere that prohibits access to adult content. You are responsible for knowing your local law.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• We may require age or identity verification from any user at any time and may suspend accounts that don't complete it.

3. Tokens

• Tokens are a prepaid credit for use only on StripsLive. One token is priced at one US dollar. Tokens are not money, have no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred between users.
• Bonus tokens (for example a deposit match) are promotional. They can be spent anywhere on the site but can never be withdrawn, refunded, or converted to cash by anyone.
• Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Your bank statement will show a neutral descriptor.
• Refunds, chargebacks, and account holds are governed by the Refund & Chargeback Policy.
• Tokens in a closed or terminated account are forfeited, except where a refund is owed under the Refund Policy or required by law.

4. What you're paying for

Tips, tip-menu items, deck draws, goals, VIP shows, Exclusive shows, viewer mic and camera surcharges, fan club memberships, booked dates, wishlist gifts, custom requests, and shop items are all purchases of a live entertainment experience or a digital item from an independent performer. We are the platform, not the performer.

• Per-minute shows bill each started minute. Prepaid time blocks are billed up front. What happens when a show ends early is described in the Fair Play Promise and applied automatically.
• Nothing purchased entitles you to any specific act, contact, or outcome. Performers decide what they do on their show.
• Shop items are a personal, non-transferable licence to view. Downloading, re-uploading, or reselling them is prohibited.

5. Stripsinos

Stripsinos are free play-money chips used in the site's casino games. They are never sold, never cash out, never convert to or from tokens, and have no value of any kind. The games are entertainment only and are not gambling.

6. Your conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you will not:

• Record, screenshot, stream-rip, or redistribute any show or content, or help anyone else do so.
• Ask a performer to do anything illegal, to meet in person, or to accept payment outside the platform.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone, or post another person's private information.
• Attempt to access another account, probe or attack the service, scrape it, or use bots.
• Use the service if you are under 18, or let anyone under 18 use your account.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account for violating these Terms, at our discretion and without refund of spent tokens.

7. Content and licence

Performers own their content. By posting anything on StripsLive (chat, profile text, requests, notes) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and store it as needed to operate the service. We may remove any content at any time.

8. Zero tolerance

Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, human trafficking, or real violence results in immediate termination, preservation of records, and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. By using StripsLive you agree to it.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any performer will be online or perform anything in particular. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. [Arbitration clause and class-action waiver: attorney to draft; enforceability varies by jurisdiction.] Before bringing any claim you agree to contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve it.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use StripsLive after that means you accept the new Terms.

The Privacy Policy, Refund & Chargeback Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, 2257 Statement, Fair Play Promise, and Performer Agreement are part of these Terms.
