  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  3. The exact URL or location of the material on StripsLive.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We act on valid notices promptly, usually within 48 hours, by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the user who posted it.

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., for the district where we are located) and that you will accept service from the person who filed the original notice. Unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

3. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.

4. Non-consensual content and other removal requests

If you appear in content on StripsLive that you did not consent to, or you believe content depicts a minor or was recorded from a show without permission, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the URL. These reports are prioritised over everything else: we review within 24 hours, remove confirmed content immediately, and where a minor may be involved we preserve records and report to the authorities. You do not need to be the copyright owner to make this kind of report.

5. Performers' own content

Performers own what they create. If a show or shop item from StripsLive appears elsewhere without your permission, tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will help you file a takedown with the hosting site.
