Paid time on StripsLive is a promise. Here's exactly what happens when a promise breaks.

Prepaid time is escrowed. When you buy a time block or a booked date, the performer is paid minute-by-minute as the show actually happens — never for time you didn't get.
Unfinished shows refund automatically. If a prepaid show ends early on the performer's side — for any reason — the undelivered time is refunded to your wallet instantly, no ticket to file.
Missed dates refund your deposit. If a performer doesn't show for a booked date, your full deposit comes back automatically.
Your ratings matter. Only viewers who have actually spent on a performer can rate them, and performers who repeatedly fail paid obligations are reviewed and can be removed.
Leaving a prepaid show early yourself, or missing a date the performer showed up for, isn't refundable — the time was reserved for you.

Deliver the time people paid for. Escrow means unfinished time was never yours to keep.
Life happens — connection drops, emergencies. The occasional unfinished show is understood, and every case refunds the viewer automatically so your reputation carries no debt.
Repeated unfinished paid shows or missed dates put your account under review and can end it. Your Dashboard shows your reliability record. This isn't a feature to lean on — it exists for genuine emergencies and things outside your control.
Consistently poor ratings from paying supporters also trigger review. We only keep performers who keep their word — that's what makes viewers comfortable spending here.
