Performer Agreement

Effective 15 September 2026 · All policies

Draft. This is a contractor agreement and must be reviewed by an attorney, particularly the classification, tax, and content-licence sections, before any performer is paid.

This Agreement is between you ("Performer") and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("StripsLive"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You accept it by completing performer verification.

1. You are an independent contractor

You are not an employee, agent, or partner of StripsLive. You choose when, whether, and how long you broadcast, what you do on your shows, your rates, your menu, and your schedule. You supply your own equipment and workspace. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with the law where you are.

2. Verification and records

  • Before broadcasting you must complete government-ID and selfie verification through our provider, and provide a tax form (W-9, or W-8BEN if outside the U.S.).
  • You confirm you are at least 18 and that every person who appears on your show is at least 18 and has completed the same verification before appearing.
  • You consent to your verification records being kept as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and by our payment processors, for as long as the law requires.

3. Earnings

  • You earn a share of every token spent on you. The base share is 60%. Monthly gross above the thresholds shown on the Payouts page raises your share to 63% and 67% automatically.
  • If you switch on Featured placement, your share on the tokens earned while it is on is reduced by 15 percentage points. You can turn it on or off at any time.
  • Your share is calculated per transaction and credited instantly. The Payouts page shows every number.
  • Bought tokens only. Viewers receive free bonus tokens (for example a deposit match). When a viewer spends bonus tokens on you, no performer share is paid on that part; you earn your share on the purchased tokens they spend. Bought tokens are always spent before bonus tokens, and your ledger notes any bonus portion.

4. Payouts

  • You may request a payout of your available balance from the Payouts page. Bonus tokens, escrowed amounts, and earnings inside the hold period are not payable.
  • Earnings become available 10 days after they are earned, so that any payment reversal on the viewer's side can be resolved first. If a viewer's payment is reversed, the corresponding earnings are deducted.
  • Payouts are made weekly by [Paxum / bank transfer / USDC as offered] to the details on your account, subject to the minimum shown on the Payouts page. Provider fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
  • StripsLive issues a 1099-NEC to U.S. performers where required.

5. Shows and reliability

  • Pay-as-you-go shows bill the viewer each started minute. You may end them at any time.
  • Prepaid time blocks and booked dates are commitments. If you end one early or don't show, the platform refunds the viewer's unused time or deposit automatically from escrow and records a strike. A booked date's cancellation window is shown when you accept it.
  • Five strikes in a rolling year pause your ability to go live until reviewed. Strikes for connection failures can be appealed.
  • Breaks are allowed up to 10 minutes per hour on public shows and never during a paid show. Viewers are not billed during breaks.

6. Content rules

  • You must follow the Community Guidelines at all times on camera and in chat.
  • You must broadcast from a private location with no non-consenting or unverified person visible or audible.
  • You must not solicit or accept payment for shows or content outside StripsLive, or direct viewers to do so.
  • You must accurately describe anything you sell: menu items, deck cards, shop content, and custom requests.

7. Your content

You own everything you create. You grant StripsLive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to transmit your live shows to viewers, to display your profile, thumbnails you choose to enable, and shop items you upload, and to use your display name and profile image to promote your room on the site. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for records we must keep. We never record your shows.

8. Privacy and safety

  • Your legal name, address, and documents are never shown to viewers. Only your display name and username are public.
  • You can ban any viewer from your room instantly and report anyone with the ⚑ button. Bans are final and not reviewed by us.
  • If a viewer records or redistributes your show, tell us and we will help with takedowns under the DMCA Policy.

9. Fan clubs, bookings, commissions, and shop

These are your offers to viewers. You set the prices and terms within the platform's rules. Escrow for bookings and commissions is released to you on delivery under the Fair Play Promise; undelivered commissions are refunded to the viewer after 14 days.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. You can close your account from your dashboard; earned, available balance is paid out on the next cycle. We may suspend or terminate for violations of this Agreement or the Guidelines, for chargeback abuse, or as required by a payment processor. Serious violations, including anyone under 18 appearing on your show, result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and are reported to the authorities.

11. Legal

This Agreement is governed by California law. [Arbitration and limitation-of-liability clauses: attorney to draft.] You indemnify StripsLive against claims arising from your content or your breach of this Agreement. We may update this Agreement with 14 days' notice on your dashboard; continuing to broadcast after that is acceptance.
